broken temperature control loose tiles
The staff were friendly and efficient. This was acceptable.
The room had broken temperature control. It was always too cold, and my request for a fix yielded no results. The tap over the sink was almost unusable. I also noticed drill holes in the shower wall and loose tiles in the bathroom.

Excellent City Stay
fresh eggs helpful staff
The breakfast buffet included a chef. He prepared eggs to my exact specifications. I found a great selection of cereals and pastries available. The front desk staff was very helpful . The location proved convenient to shops and attractions. I felt quite safe exploring the neighborhood alone.
The bedroom was far too hot. The air conditioning did not work at all. I requested a fan after two nights, but it made a lot of noise.

The room was well equipped and spacious, with a lot of comfort for one guest. It also had good selections of teas and coffees, which allowed me to relax each evening.

Excellent Stay with Minor Issues
early room helpful staff warm shower great location
The room was ready upon arrival, which I found quite convenient. The staff members were helpful with directions and information. I found the shower powerful and kinda warm. The location is close to shopping and dining destinations.
I noticed that there was no fridge in the room. This omission was a small inconvenience. It would have been useful for storing beverages.
